Book Overview
This book is the fourth of eight Anime Albums that Kodansha would release for Sailor Moon, and the first of the three movie Memorial Albums. These books are amazing resources of information that is not found anywhere else. They cover the episodes and characters of each season as well as offer supplemental information like character designs and cast and crew interviews. There were none released for SuperS or Sailor Stars, unfortunately.

Book Contents
As this is the first Sailor Moon movie, this is the first Sailor Moon movie album. The front of the pull-out poster is a giant, all-character picture, with each of the main characters appearing multiple times. The back has stills from the movie's introductory scene. The first fifty-five pages of the book are a digest of story, featuring stills and summaries.

There are two Recollection sections, the first is called "The Lonely Girls of the Sailor Team" and deals with the section of the movie that explains the four guardians' tragic, lonely pasts before they met Usagi. The second Recollection section is called "Mamoru, Usagi, and Fiore and the Returning Flower Story." It covers the scenes about how Mamoru met Fiore, and then how Usagi met Mamoru.

The next section has multiple parts dealing with different aspects of the movie, such as Fiore's origin, the posters for the movie, elements that were drawn from the TV series, and more. The following section is a selection of series of high-action stills from various parts of the movie. Highlights include the special versions of the Sailors' attacks. The final section is about the voice cast. It includes shots of Aya Hisakawa, Michie Tomizawa, Emi Shinohara, and Rika Fukami recording Moon Revenge. The last page has a full cast shot and pictures and information about the Sailor Moon and Christmas Party event.

The first part of the black and white part of the book features drawings and hand-written messages from the cast. Next is a making of section with interviews with Iriya Azuma, who was responsible for planning, and Sukehiro Tomita, the screenplay writer. The next few pages are character designs from the movie. Pages 84-89 are a huge interview with Kunihiko Ikuhara, the director for the movie. There is a mini comic drawn by Nui Takada that is sort of a making-of of the movie. Next is a selection of sketchwork done for the movie, a section about the music, a page all about the Make Up! Sailor Soldiers special that played with the movie, and a complete staff listing.
